"My daughter saw this on the website and fell in love with it. It is quite beautiful looking and I was willing to splurge. As soon as I opened the package I wasn't impressed with the quality for the money but it was very pretty. She tried it on 2 or 3 times and decided that it wasn't comfortable against her skin underneath the stitching, however, she does tend to overeact to things so I'm not sure really how unformfortable it was. Once I prepared it for the return, I noticed a rip in the side seam under the belt and a separation of the seams on both shoulders just from trying it on a few times. In my opinion, that shouldn't have happened just from trying it on. Very beautiful, but the quality should be better for the money."

"I really don't like cheap halloween costumes, and I am very pleased with this one. The fit is true to size. An 8 is a little long for my size 7 daughter, but we can roll up the waist of the petticoat underneath so it doesn't drag on the ground. (She didn't want it short.) It looks really pretty on her, and it has some nice details- buttons, trim and lace- that make it look interesting. The skirt is definitely full without being puffy. It comes in a garment bag too. I shopped around and this was the best price."

"I purchased this for my 7 year old daughter, her pick from the catalog. The quality is really quite great, and it must be comfortable, because she has worn it for about 5 hours already... just around the house. She's in love with it and can't wait for Halloween. I ordered the size 8, which is too long for her, but was worried that the 6 would be to small around. The dress itself fits great, we just need to hem or belt the petticoat."

"It's so hard to find costumes these days that aren't made to show a lot of skin. So it was nice to find an elegant, very pretty and well made costume for my 8 year old daughter. She looked great in it and could walk around on a chilly night and feel comfortable (and it hid her tennis shoes great - no sore feet at the end of the night.)"

The costume is beautiful and very high quality and includes a petticoat and a jeweled choker necklace.
