"ORDERED SIZE PLUS DESCRIPTION SAID THAT THE SIZE WAS A 16-18 BUT THE SIZE IS MUCH SMALLER ITS MORE LIKE A 12-14 VERY DISAPOINTED HAD TO ORDER BIGGER SIZE AND PAY TO SHIP BACK THE SMALL ONE"
