"Great company response time! However the holster arrived torn.
I did not have time or desire to re-package and return, I will use as is but this was a disapointment to my 7 year old grandson."

"The gun is red and blue, not very authentic looking. The trigger also broke within a few weeks of receiving it on both guns I bought fo my sons. The gun holster is also very cheap, it is hard to snap and flimsy."

"My son waited every day for this gun. He removed it from the package, and couldn't get the snap apart. He tried again and the material around the snap ripped off leaving the snap intact. Next, he showed me the strap also tearing away from the holster. The holster is cheaply made for the price and the gun isn't authentic at all."

"I was disappointed that the gun that came with the belt & holster was blue & orange. It could've been brown at least to make it a little more like a true gun. My son, however, was just happy to have it since it made noise."
