Title: Great Costume but sizing chart wrong!

"We waited with anticipation for our costume to arrive and it did rather quickly. I was very impressed with the shipping time. When we opened the costume my 2 1/2 year old could not wait to get his little body inside this dinosaur costume. I could tell as soon as we opened the package that it was going to be way too small. We opened it and he sqooze (?) his way into the the little costume. The feet of the dinosaur came up to his knees! He was so disappointed when I told him we were going to have to send it back. He waited so patiently to receive the costume and had a great let down. It ended up costing me almost 8 dollars to ship the costume back. We are a military family and we are on a very strict budget. This extra 8 dollars was not in our budget. I ended up finding another costume on this site that looked more like a dinosaur than this one and we are awaiting its arrival. I am praying that he size fits this time considering Halloween is a week and a half away. My son is 38" tall and the recommended height for the toddler size in this costume is 35"-39". I though with a whole extra inch we would be fine.....it was no where near close. The costume itself was cute and of decent quality especially for the price. The only thing I noticed wrong was visible pen marks on the spikes of the costume marked out for cutting."

"The product was really cute, and comfortable, but I went by the sizing chart for the toddler size, and it was WRONG. The sizing chart said for height 34" to 39" and my child is 36" with shoes on, and when I got the costume it was 2" too short on his legs and I could barely get it on him, the diaper to the shoulder was so tight. So a week before Halloween I have to spend the money to send it back."

"My 2 1/2 year old son wanted to be a dinosaur and when he saw this costume he was so excited. The shipping was super fast I actually got it the very next day. We are very pleased with the dino costume and look forward to Halloween. I would say that the costume does run small. My son is very small for his age at 25lbs and 34" tall and I would not want this costume to be any smaller. The headpiece of the costume is a little large I did have to pin it so it would fit better."

"My son is tall for his age (38") and this costume wasn't even CLOSE to fitting him. While it says on the website it's for "2T-4T", when you receive the package, it says "for US size 2-4, (then below it) 1-2 years. Huh? That's quite a big difference! Still, the 'hat' part fits fine and the costume in general is extremely cute. But, it has to go back. Bummer."

"I looked around at my local costumes shops and couldn't find anything that I liked for my son. I saw this online and thought the price was great. When I recieved it I was amazed at the quality. My son loves it and when I tried it on him he didn't want to take it off. It is truly cute and adorable made of durable material. Title: One Cute Dinosaur and a Satisfied Mom!

"My 3 1/2-year-old son picked this out for his Halloween costume this year. We first spotted it on eBay, but I was pleased to find it for a few dollars less on this site. My son waited with great anticipation for this costume to arrive in the mail, and he was absolutely thrilled when I showed him the box.
He eagerly pulled the costume out and couldn't wait to try it on. I held my breath, as I opted for the child size small rather than the toddler 2-4. My son is tall for his age and I thought that labeling a costume in such a wide size range (2-4) left too much up to the imagination. I was pleased to find that the sizing chart was accurate. While the headpiece is a bit big for him, the rest of the costume fits perfectly. I love the look of it -- it's a friendly dino, and it's really soft. We also like the chip in the costume that makes the dinosaur roar.
My only complaints are the headpiece - it attaches with a small piece of velcro that doesn't allow for any adjustment, so it wobbles on my son's head and if he moves, it falls down over his eyes (this could be because I went with the bigger size) -- and the scales, which are really flimsy and lay down rather than stick up. I am going to try starching them to see if will help keep them in place for Halloween. Overall, my complaints are minimal. The purchase was well worth it. We're counting down the days until Halloween!"
"Well, my son won't wear it yet but I still think its cute! LOL! He's 2 and I got the toddler size and it looks like it will fit him. He had the head on a second and it was super cute. I can't get those little yellow spikes to stick up yet but will work on them. I had no idea it even made a ROAR sound so I'll have to check that out."

"This is a really cute dinosaur costume. The material is not too thick, but should be warm enough for Halloween in Chicago. The sizing is accurate--my son is 36" tall and 34 lbs. and it fits him with some room to spare, but not too much. He's worn it around the house a few times and loves it. The hat falls in his face a bit, so we'll have to pin it to the back of the costume to keep it up. I just found the sound chip, and it's a little difficult to activate, and I"m not sure exactly what the sound is supposed to be. All in all, a very fun costume."

"My son loves this costume. I wasn't sure what I thought of the headpiece, but it is cute on. Still a little cheesy, but my son thinks it is great. It isn't the highest quality, but look at the price. It will do for 1 day of trick or treating. I would buy it again. It does run very small. My child is 3 1/2 (a little above average in height, but not super tall) and I bought the child small and it is short on him. I just hope he doesn't grow too much by Halloween."

Too Cute!!!
"Thanks Buycostumes.com ! We love the dinosaur costume!! My little boy was so excited when the box came. He said "Whats in that box mama?"... I ordered it for Halloween, but I was as excited as he was. When I took it out of the box he yelled ..."YES!! ' I am very sastified with the quality in which it is made. The head is a little too big for him, but other than that ,it is a perfect fit. The tail and head stand up and out on their own and the material is nice and thick. I was impressed....along with my little dinosaur! Oh yeah and the little button in the front of the coatume makes real roaring sounds so he can even sound like a real dinosaur! Great !!!"

"I purchased this for our 3 year old for halloween (he is tall for his age so it fits perfectly). He absolutely loves it. Especially the "ROAR" that it makes--totally makes the outfit. "I ordered this costume for my 2 yr old who is in love with dinosaurs. I thought it looked simple, stylish, and very cute. When I received the costume; however, the material was very cheap. Also, there are no buttons in the pant area and the dinosaur feet are very strange to put on. The sizing was off as well, and I didnt like it at all. It is not how it appers online. I returned it immediately."
