"i am 5'3", size 13/14 and my chest is 38DD... this plus size costume was very loose on me. That's why i unfortunately had to return it. Other than that, the costume is super cute and is recommended. (I decided to go with the super-hero Robin costume instead.)
Hope this helps as well... the red straps are extremely thin and non-supportive so if this costume did fit me i probably would replace the straps with something else. the fur lining also sheds easily so don't be suprised if you leave a fur ball around the house. The material is very breathable and thin but having arm and leg warmers will certainly help. The headband is also very comfortable on the ears. :)"

"I love this costume! It's a really good fit with plenty of room in it still. It is very short at the back, but I am wearing tights so don't mind too much. The ears are so cute, and extremely comfortable, I usually find head bands hurt behind the ears after a while but these don't. Unfortunately the Fur does shred and gets everywhere, more so when you first take it out of the packet, so hopefully it will stop shredding after a while. I quite like the material, it is soft and falls nicely. The medallion is very cheap looking but I am not going to wear it with the costume. I paired this costume with the animal print purse and both items were shipped very promptly, a few days sooner than expected. Overall, I adore this costume, I have it on now and am on my way out to a Halloween party and can't wait to show it off!!"
"The other Lion costume available only comes in Medium/Large so I was excited to see this costume available this year.
It's a very cute costume and I love all the extras (especially the fur leg warmers), but I feel for the price it could have been nicer quality. The dress is an odd sort of felt-like material and the fur lining on the skirt is kind of scratchy on the inside, but I had tights on so it wasn't too bad.
I actually took off the red straps and put on black ones, because I didn't like the red, and I was able to lengthen them a bit that was so the dress sat better and wasn't so high and boxy. The fit was a little large, but I knew that it might be when I bought it, but it wasn't too bad at all.
They forgot to include the necklace, but that was shipped quickly after I emailed customer service, it seems silly because it's just a cheap plastic thing on a ribbon, but you cant' be the "Cowardly" lion without your Badge of Courage ;)
So over all, a fun costume, but I've gotten cheaper costumes for much better quality in the past."

"My friends and I are all going to this huge halloween party dressed as characters from the Wizard of Oz, after searching high and low, buycostumes.com had the cowardly lion available in plus size! The fabric is very stretchy and comfortable, however I fell the quality of the overall costume could have been nicer for the amount of money I paid for it."
