"The concept of the costume is great. However, when I received the costume, it had just been thrown into a box. Parts of the cape were stuck to the Velcro and removing the cape from the Velcro ended up snagging and even putting holes into the cape. In addition, I don't know if the company was just throwing the costumes together b/c they were selling out, but the cape did not look like it was sewn on all the way at the top. Plus, the straps that connect around the neck of the dog were completely sewn on incorrectly!! Basically, the male Velcro is supposed to face the female part and it didn't. The female strap was sewn on backwards!! I would have sent it back for a refund, but it was a few days before Halloween and I didn't have another costume for my dog so I just found a way to make due."

"I loved this costume so much. My husband even liked it and is not a big fan of pets dressing up. I have a question..My dogs' name is Vixen, like the reindeer, so i was wondering if this same company can come up with a dog costume of Santa riding on the back. I tried finding one and couldn't, it would be very cute!! Thanks"

"The detail in the horseman is really good. Its a very fun item. The only suggestion I have would be to have longer straps on it. We have a big Golden Retriever mix and although the straps do reach around it, we are going to extend them a little so it is not as tight and so the rider sits a little further back. Still a great item that I would recommend. Not many items out there for larger dogs."
