"These are the super sexy finishing touch to my pirate costume, and boy did they turn heads! I've worn them on a few non-costume occasions and they get compliments all the time...
I normally wear a 6, but my feet are a bit wide - after wearing the 6 around the house decided to order the 7, just for more toe room (also made space for a comfy insole and took the edge off the 4 inch arch!) The buckles along the leg are adjustable to snug in the calf if necessary."

"I actually choose a pirate costume because i had to have these boots. They are amazing!! The perfect touch to the Captain D'Elegance costume that i wore. They got LOADS of compliments and several ladies asked where they could get them. They are a bit tight but they helped to hold my foot in place when i walked. I didnt have any sizing issues, but my foot is also on the narrow side so the 7 fit perfectly."

"I love these boots!

They are Quality Legs Ave Boots- just like everything else on this site. I am a size 7 and had to return them for a size 8 as the calfs are rather small. The 8's fit almost perfectly!! Only issue was having to Stuff my Calfs into the top of the boot. BUT this works out well. The top of the boot is so snug it holds the rest of the boot on really well - no lose bits- and makes it so much more stable on such high heels. REMEBER TO GET A LARGER SIZE.
These are So hot and totally worth it !"

"I purchased these boots recently. They are absolutely beautiful. They are an excellent deal. I wore them to Medieval Times and everyone wanted to know where I got them. Title: Fun ... but small!!! Date: February 19, 2009
"I wear a size 9 shoe, but I could NOT get these to zip up past the bottom of my calf. I'm thin but I run and exercise a lot so my calves are larger than the "norm" I guess. The shoe part did fit so if you have thinner calves, then go for these!!! They're gorgeous. I'm sorry they didn't work out for me :-("

"I received a lot of great comments. I used them with my female princess warrior costume. I normally use a size 5 and I only had a choice of a 6. It fit slightly big but I was able to handle it. Wish there were more size 5 shoes available. Other than that the boots are gorgeous and I totally recommend them."

"These are the most comfortable boots. Style and comfort!! I had to return the first pair I bought. Normally I wear a size 8 in boots. But these ran very narrow. I went up one size. "These boots really are beautiful. They make my pirate costume. However, they are 4 inch heels and certainly feel like it! The toes are pointy, and my toes are a little bit scrunched (I were a 7 generally and bought a 7 in these boots).
The microfiber faux suede is a little bit chintzy looking, and I'm not sure how many wearings they will last."

"I absolutely love these boots, they are even more beautiful in person than in the photo, the material is very soft and it looks, and feels, expensive. However, I would suggest that if you have small feet and a larger frame, like I do, that you seriously consider buying a larger size. I noticed that the material doesn't have very much "give" in the fabric that goes over your legs, and I had a really hard time getting them to zip up."

"After purchasing the Playboy Pirate costume, I had to match the costume's elegance with an equally glamorous pair of boots. I have size 6.5 feet, but the size 7 boots fit well. I was surprised by the color of the detailing; it is more of a rusty-gold color and not as bright as in the official product advertisement. I actually like the rustier color, which gives it a more pirate-y feel. The flaps on the front of the boots require some ironing after removing them from the box. You can wear these boots with so many different costumes and occasions!"
