"My 10-year old son desperately wanted me to order this because he thought it looked so cool in the web site. It arrived in an enormous box and when we opened it up, we realized why. The wing-span when fully expanded is true to its description. He's going to love showing this off to all his friends. A great choice and of very good quality!"

"We got good reviews from our party-goers when my husband wore these as part of his gargoyle costume. They were not quite as flexible as we'd hoped, and they required some adjustments through the night. However, they did stand up to a night of Halloween partying, and he will probably use them with his costume next year."

"These wings are cool. They are made a bit flimsy. The strings that raise and lower the wings broke within 5 minutes. I replaced the strings using heavy picture wire and they worked great for three parties. it is a little difficult to wear them in a crowd. i didn't use the chest piece but the horns looked great, you can position them several different ways."

Title: VERY COOL WINGED BEAST

"I am very impressed with this costume, it is super cool. My 10 year old son wore it to a Halloween party last weekend and not only were all the kids impressed, the adult's as well. The wings are well made and well just COOL as they can be. He loved being able to pull one, or both open. I am a bit worried if it is windy Halloween night, he will have to leave the wings unextended but it is even cool looking like that! He wore black jeans and a very warm black shirt, as it will be cold trick or treating, he also got a faceless mask in black and wears the horns on top of the mask. SUPER COOL...also best price around at buycostumes, I checked everywhere, even ebay, they beat everyone hands down!"

"I got the item then tried just the wings on. They were very stiff and when i tried to extend it, i had to pull hard and it kept moving off my back and slide down more. The colour and design is so cool though. But the functioning part of it needs some work. Great product for a try at expandable wings."

Title: Great Dragon Wings

"We used these wings for a Dragon costume for the cake cutting at a wedding (doesn't everyone have a dragon at their cake cutting?). We would have liked to have had the wings expand, but the dragon had claws on that made it hard to work the strings, plus there wasn't a lot of space in the tent. The wings made the costume impressive even without expanding them. (I had obtained a different set of these wings from a local store, but they were damaged. The set I got from BuyCostumes.com was fine, and arrived exactly when they said it would) P.S. The cake cut by the bride and groom was in the shape of a dragon"
