"We have to totally agree w/ Serendipity & were totally amazed by what a hunk of garbage it was as soon as we opened the box. First, it's small. Also, the dispenser would not fit on the plastic hook! The hook is too thick, the dispenser hole too small. There is NO WEIGHT to this product. Even if you can rig it so that the hook holds the cannister, as soon as you attempt to put liquid in it would fall over... Ours broke almost immediately. The plastic just bent and it was done. It holds NO weight. The plastic is so flimsy it just snapped in two. The weight of the liquid - no way, you can barely put any in there. Plus, again, it's very small so think you can serve your guests some blood-colored beverage? Not likely! It also leaked, if I remember correctly, and we had to put the end on a plate. You can't put liquid in the canister or it tips right over. It's really, really a piece of garbage. So disappointing because we adore Halloween, and we just had SUCH an awesome Halloween party this past weekend (our first one of many since we just recently got married!). We go all out on Halloween, and we thought this product would be the icing on the cake. Turns out, it's a huge, poorly made disappointment. No one even got to see it on the table."

"But for a prop it's nice. It will look and work MUCH better for our haunt rather than the food table. Unless one person is drinking from it all night long, it will not serve a group of party goers. It has a rustic look, it is plastic, so not the best of construction material choices for a drink dispenser but it is under $20. Overall we are pleased with because we purchased it to use as a PROP!"

Mine broke almost immediately. The plastic just bent and it was done. It holds NO weight. The plastic is so flimsy it just snapped in two.
My husband is handy, he inserted a metal rod and taped it together. That's the only reason it stood up.
He figured out a way to get the canister on, but the weight of the liquid? No way, you can barely put any in there. Plus, again, it's very small so think you can serve your guests some blood-colored beverage? Not likely!
It also leaked, if I remember correctly, and we had to put the end on a plate.
You can't put liquid in the canister or it tips, anyway, we had to weight it down. My husband took apart a floor fan that I had with a very heavy weight at the bottom. He used the weight and attached it to the bottom of this product. Only way to make it stay up.
I called the company and the few they had sold they got complaints on. They went and pulled one from the shelf while was on the phone and had the very same problems with it, themselves. They refunded my money and let me keep the product.
We put it up as a prop, but we could not actually use it. It's really, really a piece of garbage. So disappointing because I adore Halloween, and we had SUCH an awesome Halloween party last year (our first one, been waiting for my kids to get old enough not to be scared to death!).
We go all out on Halloween, and I thought this product would be the icing on the cake. Turns out, it's a huge, poorly made disappointment. No one even noticed it to my knowledge. :-("
