"So on line this costume says it comes with the straw hat. I paid that high price because I believed it was a full costume..it arrived, I tried it on. It's cute, the material is nice. But NO HAT. I am very dissappointed. I always buy from this site so I expect customer service will fix this lack of hat problem for me."
