"My son had to dress up as a famous American for his 2nd grade class. I choose this Robert E. Lee costume because of the love he has for the army. It is a GREAT costume. Everything fit well. My son is a normal size 2nd grade boy. He is 53" tall and weighs 66 lbs. I ordered the same size that he wears in normal clothes and it was kinda baggy. Maybe this will help with the sizing issue since it is always hard to know for sure what size to get. The pants were long enough to be hemmed. At lease you don't have to worry about them being too short. I almost hemmed them too short, so be careful of that. Very fast shipping also, I ordered it on a Monday morning and recv. it by Wed. morning. I had to order the hat seperately."
