"I bought this costume for halloween 2009 and I am very happy with it! I am 16 years old, 5'10" and very skinny. I ordered the S/M and it fit perfectly. It is not very roomy around the ribs/waist and bust, so if you aren't slim, do not go for the S/M. The skirt is just short enough to be cute without being revealing and the neckline is not too too low. It is perfect for teens! I love it, the quality is very good and my whistle works fine. I definitely recommend this one!"

Title: Cute pre-teen and teen costume

"I bought this costume for my 11 year old daughter and I am very pleased. This costume is by Leg Avenue and is made out of a higher quality fabric than other costumes on the market. I like that the costume has a little "give" to it. Costume is a bit on the short side but nothing that can't be fixed by wearing shorts or leggings with it. I would say that the costume would fit up to a size 7 teen. Comes with knee high white stockings and a whistle. The whistle is a cheap whistle and ours didn't work, no big deal though."
